Remember, in reflexive constructions, the person or thing that does the action also receives the action. ADD to notes There are two places where reflexive pronouns can be placed, as seen in the example below. 1) Before a conjugated verb. (Yo) Me llamo Mirna 2) Attached to the end of the verb, ONLY IF the verb is not conjugated, such as infinitives or present participle. (A mi) Me gusta ducharme. Ella está cepillándose el pelo With Body Parts In Spanish, when reflexive verbs are used with parts of the body, they take the definite article (el, la, los, las) rather than possessive adjectives. EX: Ana se cepilla los dientes después de comer. (NOT Ana se cepilla sus dientes.) Ana brushes her teeth after she eats.
