PERSONAL GOALS
- Personal Goals are essential to student success in a language class. At the beginning of the semester students will fill out a STUDENT GOAL sheet. Throughout the semester (at the end of every unit) students will refer back to these written goals as a motivation and an accountability resource.
- Students are assigned no other homework aside from finishing incomplete class assignments or taking time to study.
OUR CLASSROOM
- We will use Canvas and Google Drive to share documents with each other, to collaborate and more. All daily assignments will be on Weebly and Canvas.
- Our class will be run off of our Class blog so it is essential that students bring their laptop to class EVERY DAY! All important links, vocabulary list, all in class assignments, projects and all other assignments will be on our Class blog. If absent, students should visit my website to find out what they missed.
- Interactive notebooks will be used for class notes as well as for other activities where the student will be asked to express his/her own ideas and process the information presented in class.
- Necessary Materials every day students will need a pen/pencil, tape, glue sticks, a 3 subject notebook and a computer (If you can donate tape and glue sticks to the class, it would be greatly appreciated!!). Most of the class activities are completed online, so is ESSENTIAL to bring a charged laptop to class every day. Visit the Resources page for all other class resources.
Here are some basic rules in our classroom:

HONOR CODE:
The exchange of information between students or use of unauthorized aids during a quiz or exam constitutes cheating and will not be tolerated. Plagiarism is another form of cheating and this applies equally to electronic, print and verbal sources. The use of translation websites is also considered cheating. The use of translators is an honor code violation. It will result in a zero with no possibility of making up the assignment.
