Comparación cultural Compare and contrast USA and Spanish games. Go to page 17 of your interactive notebook to create a Venn diagram. III. Los saludos Today, we will continue to practice greetings, goodbyes and expressions of courtesy. On page 19, you will create a comic strip using greetings. In your comics, you must: -say hello in some way -ask and exchange names -ask and answer "how are you?" -ask and answer "where are you from?" -ask and answer "where do you live?" (Dónde vives) -ask and answer "how old are you?" -say good-bye -say nice to meet you If you finish early, color the pictures. Comic strips will have 3 boxes in length. Each box will contain at least 2 sentences or expressions depicting formal and informal introductions as well as an illustration. IV. Skits Today, you will be writing your own dialogue using the terms from your vocabulary lists. You and your partner will play the roles of two people meeting for the first time. Write your conversation on page 21
Performance date: Wed. after 10 minutes of warm-up practice. This will be memorized. Required elements: 1. Say "hello" in some way 2. Ask your partner what his/her name is 3. Ask you partner how he/she is 4. Tell your partner "nice to meet you" 5. Ask where your partner is from 6. Say good-bye in some way

1) The use of translators is an honor code violation. It will result in a zero with no possibility of making up the assignment. 2) If you copy your work from somebody else, that is CHEATING! You both will receive a zero, and no option to re do. Always do your work, be honest and try your best. 3) Once the Unit ends, late work will not be accepted.
