II. Present Tense: -AR Verbs Today we will review how to conjugate and use -ar verbs in the present tense in Spanish. Go to your next available page on teacher side(right) and take notes of -ar verbs endings and steps to conjugate. In Spanish, we must change the verb to agree with the subject. There are two easy steps to conjugating:
¡Te toca a ti! A. Can you identify –ar verb parts and use the 6 conjugations. Instrucciones: You are going to create a flower that illustrates the conjugation of an –AR infinitive in the present tense. I will give you two handouts to complete this practice activity. B. -AR VERB CHART You will continue to practice -Ar verb conjugations by completing the -AR VERB CHART. C. PRACTICA INDEPENDIENTE: You are going to practice conjugating some of the -AR verbs from this unit. I will introduce you to the website BETA.CONJUGUEMOS.COM today. We will use it throughout the semester to practice verb conjugations.
