DO · Try to write your ideas in Spanish. · Use the grammar and vocabulary that you know. · Use your imagination and creativity. · Put yourself in your reader’s place to determine if your writing is interesting. AVOID · Translating your ideas from English to Spanish. · Simply repeating what is in the textbook/notes or on a web page. · Using a dictionary until you have learned how to use foreign language dictionaries 1) Draft: Write a draft. 2) Revise: Read and check for the following Here are thing to look for: Is it well organized? Does it include all the information? Is the writing in the right tense? Is the spelling accurate? Do verbs agree with their subjects? Did you singular verbs with singular subjects and plural verbs with plural subjects? Did you use the correct form of the adjectives to describe yourself? Did you include the opening and the closing? Use complete sentence 3) Publish: Write the final copy, making any necessary changes. III. Boleto de Salida Write a 5-7 sentence paragraph (in English) on how you feel you did in midterm.
