How to form affirmative tú commands: Use the third-person singular (Él/Ella) of present indicative to form affirmative familiars commands. Ejemplos : Abre tu libro. Cierra la puerta. Habla con tu hermana. Juega al baloncesto. Busca tus libros. Lava el carro. Note: Be sure to follow all stem-changing rules Mandatos Informales (formas irregulares) There are eight irregular affirmative tú commands. Irregular affirmative tú commands 1) Venir 2) Decir 3) Salir 4) Hacer 5) Tener 6) Ir 7) Poner 8) Ser Ejemplos de los irregulares afirmativos: Sal ahora mismo! Leave at once! Haz la tarea. The following verbs are irregular negative tú commands (SIDES) Ser - No seas travieso. Don't be knotty Ir - No vayas a la playa. Don't go to the beach Dar - No me des tu tarea. Dont' give me HW Estar - No estés triste. Don't be sad Saber - No sepas la información. Don't know the information Posiciones de los pronombres y complementos: ATENCION! Direct object, indirect object, and reflexive pronouns are always attached to affirmative commands and are not attached to negative commands. In negative commands, these pronouns always precede the verb. Levántate/No te levantes Escribeles una carta/No les escribas una carta. NOTE: Affirmative commands- You will need to write in an accent mark if adding the pronoun(s) makes the affirmative command more than two syllables long. The stress stays on the verb stem.
