II. El Imperfecto Hoy seguimos repasando el imperfecto. Aquí tienen las reglas otra vez. When do we use to imperfect tense in Spanish? The imperfect is used to describe past habitual actions or to set the scene in the past, what a person “used to” do or “was” doing. 1) Actions Repeated Habitually: Activities you did over and over for a long period of undetermined time.
Remember: The yo and él/ella/usted endings are all the same. Use the subject pronouns for clarification.
