Hoy es lunes, el 22 de enero Today’s agenda I. Reflections Today you will reflect on your Spanish II experience this semester. Write a 10-12 sentence reflection on your experience in this class. Do your best to answer in a thoughtful manner. I will give a sheet of paper. II. Exam Final Today you take your Spanish II final exam which, will be completed in the format of a portfolio. You will complete five tasks in order to complete the final portfolio. These tasks are reading, listening, speaking, writing, and your Interactive Notebook.
1. Writing Assessment: you will take your writing assessment. Please take out a sheet of paper. During the assessment you are not allow to use your cell phone or computer. 2. Reading assessment: you will receive a printed copy of the Test, you will read the text in Spanish carefully; go to canvas and answer the questions. 3. Listening assessment: you will listen to two recordings in Spanish and respond questions about it; go to canvas and answer the questions.

When finished with listening comprehension activity continue working on your project. Here are the requirements: You are going to create a poster with a timeline of your life to review the present tense, future tense and imperfect.
Using the IMPERFECT You will describe what you used to do, what did you use to look like, what did you use to eat, play and like for the following ages (2 sentences per age and 1 picture per age): -Cuando eras un bebé -Cuando tenías 4 años -Cuando tenías 8 años -Cuando tenías 12 años Using the PRESENT TENSE you will describe how you look like now, what you like to do, eat and play. You will write 5-8 complete sentences and 3 pictures. What are the -ar verbs and -er/-ir verbs endings? II. El imperfecto Today we will learn how to conjugate in the imperfect tense. The imperfect is the other form of the simple past tense in Spanish.
There are only two sets of endings for regular imperfect verbs, one for -ar verbs and one for -er and -ir verbs. Also, there are only three irregular verbs in the imperfect. No stem-changes, no spelling-changes. New endings Imperfect: Irregulars verbs (only three) Below is a list of "trigger words" that indicate the use of the imperfect. These words mean "sometimes," "frequently," "always," "Mondays," etc. They imply continuing or habitual actions with no specific beginning or end.
