After the test we will learn gender and number of articles and nouns in Spanish. A noun is a word used to identify places, things, animals and people. ¿Listos chicos?? Ready to take notes?
2)They also, have number which means that they are either singular (one) or plural (more than one). 3) Generally, nouns ending in –a, are feminine and nouns ending in –o are masculine. However, there are some exceptions. 4) Definite and indefinite articles are place before the noun. Definite Articles: We use definite articles to introduce specific nouns.
Here is a quick review:
1) The Definite article in English is "The".
2) In Spanish there are four definite articles. 3) The Spanish definite article must agree with the gender and number of the noun that follows it. Gender of Nouns
Remember in Spanish nouns have gender and they must agree in gender and number (singular or plural) with the article. Common rules: 1) Nouns ending in –o or –or are masculine

Follow my model: Step 1: Begin as if you were going to make a hamburger, but instead of folding the paper, pinch it to define the midpoint. Step 2: Fold the outer edges of the paper around to meet at the pinch, or midpoint, forming a shutterfold. Step 3: Create four taps by cutting the front tops so that you end up with four flaps like in the picture below. Step 4: Write the articles in Spanish on each of the flaps.

Every year, from September 15th to October 15th, Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated. This month is dedicated to celebrating the culture, customs, and achievements of those with Spanish or Latin American roots. The term Hispanic or Latino, refers to Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race. Directions: In honor of this month, you need to choose one of the Famous Latinos below and research a famous Hispanic person. Create an infographic that demonstrates the information you found out about this person. MUST INCLUDE: 1. Name of the person 2. Where is that person from? 3. Draw and color the flag of the country. 4. Date of birth (and death if no longer alive) 5. When is the Independence Day celebrated in this country? 6. Why is this person important?
