Create a comic strip in Spanish using greetings and farewells to demonstrate how to greet someone during a typical day. Today, you will work individually on your comic strips. 1) You can utilize clip art or you can illustrate your comic strip with drawings. 2) Comic strips will have 3 boxes in length. Each box will contain at least 2 sentences or expressions depicting formal and informal introductions as well as an illustration. If you finish early, color the pictures. Culture Note: Kisses are not only a form of greeting in Hispanic cultures. It is also common to end a phone conversation and close letters or e-mails with the word UN BESO o BESOS. Also, friends may use UN ABRAZO to end a written message. In a more formal e-mail, one can write UN SALUDO (cordial) or SALUDOS.
