LA AGENDA
I. INTRO ¿Quién es la señora Smith?
¡Ahora te toca a ti!
¿Cuándo tomaste(take) Español 2? II. CLASS ROUTINE & EXPECTATIONS I will introduce the class routine. I will also review the syllabus and expectation for this class.
III.
IV. El teléfono celular
Cellphones should stay put away at all times, unless Sra. Smith gives you permission to have it out or gives you instructions to use it for educational purposes only.
We have a Estación de teléfonos with numbers. Your assigned number is the same as your computer number. Everyday that you put your cellphone into the station without being asked (at the beginning of class) you will receive an extra credit ticket, which is equivalent to a point per day. These points can be used on tests and quizzes throughout the quarter/semester, or turned in at the end for a 100 quiz grade or drop a zero from your grade...THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!! (If I confiscate your phone, it will be placed in the station, but you don't receive your point) Only this semester's tickets will be accepted...
You may be asking yourself......
I only do these things to help you be successful in class :)
V. La computadora
You will have an assigned number. This number will be the same for your computer and cellphone pocket. You can only use the computer that has your number. It can only be used when the sign is on green. You need to return the computer to the table and please make sure you plug it in to ensure the next class can use the computers.
