Objective: I can explain why we are here. I can say my name using the target language. I can explain what to expect in class, and what is expected of me.

What are you expecting to learn from this class? 2. What are you most nervous about? 3. Who was your Spanish I teacher? Grade? 4. How would you honestly classify your understanding or what you remember of the concepts you learned in Spanish I?

You will have an assigned number. This number will be the same for your computer and cellphone pocket. You can only use the computer that has your number.
Cellphones should stay put away at all times, unless Sra. Smith gives you permission to have it out or gives you instructions to use it for educational purposes only.
CELL PHONE CHALLENGE: JOIN the challenge=SUCCESS in Spanish class
CELLPHONE STATION:
We have a Cellphone Station with numbers. Your assigned number is the same as your computer number. Everyday that you put your cellphone into the station without being asked (at the beginning of class) you will receive an extra credit ticket, which is equivalent to a point per day. These points can be used on tests and quizzes throughout the quarter/semester, or turned in at the end for a 100 quiz grade or drop a zero from your grade...THE CHOICE IS YOURS!!! (If I confiscate your phone, it will be placed in the station, but you don't receive your point) **Necessary Materials: Every day you will need a pen/pencil, Interactive notebook, glue sticks, transparent tape. (If you can donate tape, glue sticks or tissues to the class, I will give you 10 Extra Credit Point Tickets :)) IV. ¡Ahora te toca a ti! 1) Para conocernos un poco más (about you) We will introduce ourselves in Spanish. Minimo 3 actividades Abajo en la izquierda 5. ¿Qué no te gusta hacer? Mínimo 3 actividades. Abajo en la derecha. 6. Dibuja una foto de ti mismo (yourself) 7.
