¡Bienvenidos!
My name is Mirna Perez Smith. I was born in El Salvador. I came to the United States when I was fourteen years old and lived in California for many years. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I teach because I enjoy working with students, to share my culture and the Spanish Language! I have 17 years of teaching experience. I am a National Board Certified teacher who focuses on language acquisition, and I have had the privilege of doing what I love at Lee County High School for the past 19 years. I hope this page becomes an open forum of communication, reflection and enrichment for students, parents and teachers. I look forward to working with each and every one of you this year. I’m confident that with hard work and effort, this year will be a success and you will learn to love the Spanish language and culture just as much as I do! If you need to contact me, I can be reached most easily through email. Reciban un cordial saludo, Sra. Smith CONTACT INFORMATION: Feel free to contact me by phone or email.
